General questions

Do you have a real life store so I can come and view your apparel?

Currently we don’t have a bricks and mortar set up, but it is something we are working on! If you are located in South Australia and would like to see our products in person please contact us, otherwise follow us on Instagram or Facebook or catch us at one of the many CrossFit events we support.

Affiliates

Does The Box Community do buys or custom affiliate orders?

We sure do, if you have a great idea for some custom apparel check out our ‘Custom apparel’ page or hit us up for more info.

Do you offer special deals for Affiliates?

Yes, if you are an affiliate looking at placing an order please contact us for more information about what we can offer you.

Events & Sponsorship

Will The Box Community sponsor my event?

We always try to support the CrossFit community where possible, please contact us and we can talk about what we can do to help.

Will The Box Community sponsor me as an athlete?

We aim to support those CrossFit athletes that demonstrate hard work, dedication and passion in their training. If you believe you are one of these AWESOME people then please contact us.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive? 

As a guide, domestic orders are shipped via standard Australia Post and arrive between 5-7 business days to all major centres excluding Darwin (Please allow 1-2 extra days).

Can I pick up from your location to save on shipping?

Sorry at this stage we do not have a ‘Pick up’ option.

How much is shipping?

We have a flat $9.95 fee for all orders.

Returns

I just realised I ordered the wrong product. What do I do?

Please contact us and we will endeavour to do our best to help you obtain the appropriate product.
